| Day 1 : Arrival Shillong Airport . | On arrival at Shillong Airport transfer to Hotel and Check-in after lunch Process for Shillong Sightseeing visit Umium Lake, Shillong Golf Course, Wards lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. | Day 2 :Excursion to Cherrapunjee. | |
| After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Overnight stay at Shillong. | |
| Day 3 : Excursion to Mawlynnong & Dawki. | After early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy breath-taking view of the Umangot River. Evening drive back to Shillong.Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong. |
| Day 4 :Shillong – Guwahati. | |
| After breakfast check out the hotel and transfer to Guwahati. Guwahati Local Sightseeing Arrive Guwahati & visit Kamakhya Temple, on Nilachal hill, 08 kms west of Guwahati city, is one of the most venerated shaktipeeths in India. The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati. It is on Nilachal hill, says the Shiva Purana, that the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell when Vishnu, in a bid to save the world from the Shiva’s tandava nrittya or dance of destruction, cut her dead body into 51 pieces with his suddarshan chakra. The garbhagriha deep inside the temple, marks the sacred spot and is kept covered with red silken cloth. and overnight stay at hotel. | |
| Day 5 :GUWAHATI AIRPORT DROP. | |
| After Breakfast check out and transfer to Guwahati airport to catch your flight to onward journey. |
